Revered in cooking and canning, the San Marzano tomato is a variety of plum tomato originating from the Campania region in Italy. It is known for its flavor and quality. A dense paste tomato, they are strong and sweet, and low in acidity. 
 
San Marzanos mature in 80-90 days and should be staked as they grow large. Keep in full sun, 6-8 hours a day. Maintain moist but not overly wet soil.
 
Each seed packet contains at least 50 seeds, from 2023's summer harvest.
